The Company has over five years of experience in the youth development camp, personnel development, and entertainment sectors. It began its business by organizing youth learning development camps and scout camps.

Over the past period, the Company has achieved significant developments, which can be summarized across various aspects as follows:

Year 2025 (B.E. 2568) – Foundation and Establishment

The company (formerly known as Smartlec Co., Ltd.) was officially established on August 28, 2025, with an initial registered capital of 10,000 Baht. The company was founded with a clear vision to develop businesses in the fields of learning, communication, and creative activities that align with the dynamics of the modern world.

During its initial stage, the company focused on exploring business models, understanding consumer behavior, and strengthening its internal capabilities, including human resources, operational systems, and service concepts. The early operations primarily involved product distribution and media-related services, aiming to build initial revenue streams and brand awareness in the market.

On October 20, 2025, the company increased its registered capital to 100,000 Baht to support business expansion. At the same time, the organizational structure was refined and clearly divided into two core business segments:

  • Online Business: Focused on digital content production, public relations, and brand development through online platforms.
  • Offline Business: Focused on organizing camps, training programs, seminars, events, and social initiatives under the concept of Edutainment.

The year 2025 marked a crucial period in laying the foundation of the company, establishing its business direction, and defining its brand identity.

Year 2026 (B.E. 2569) – Rebranding and Strategic Growth

In 2026, the company entered a phase of strategic development and organizational transformation. On February 23, 2026, the company officially changed its name from Smartlec Co., Ltd. to
Smartwork Edutainment Co., Ltd.

This rebranding reflects the company’s long-term vision and commitment to becoming a leader in Edutainment, integrating education and entertainment in a creative and structured manner.

Following the name change, the company continued to enhance its operations with a strong focus on:

  • Developing innovative learning solutions
  • Designing programs and activities tailored to modern digital audiences
  • Improving service quality across both online and offline platforms
  • Building strategic partnerships with both public and private sectors

In addition, the company refined its business strategy by prioritizing high-potential core businesses while discontinuing or reducing activities that did not align with its long-term direction. This strategic focus has strengthened operational efficiency and supported sustainable growth.
